Dan made me a good deal on my new lund. delivered before promised and boat set up was perfect. Well thought out. Put a lot of work in setting it up. walk thru i learned a lot. Absolutely no high pressure sales.

Looking for a used boat. Salesman was very informative and explained their inspection process for the used boats. We will hopefully be returning when they have what we are looking for. Overall great experience.

Staff is super friendly. They have a very large selection of inventory to choose from. They also have a mechanical shop that is second to none. If you are looking for a new or used boat this is definitely one place you want to stop at.

My wife and I just bought our first boat from WaveRide Motors. I just retired from a life in sales. In my business area, customer service was always king. We sold expensive machinery and repeat business was key. We were looking for an electric pontoon boat and stopped into WaveRide Motors as an afterthought on the way to another marina. Our sales person at WaveRide Motors spent a lot of time with us talking about pontoons in general and about the company's philosophy of electric pontoons. After WaveRide Motors we went on to look at two other marinas which were all reasonably price competitive but I kept coming back to the initial experience at WaveRide Motors. Long-story-short, We called WaveRide Motors back and ordered their boat and discussed/negotiated a couple of upgrades and a delivery date. On the agreed to delivery day the WaveRide Motors rep showed up exactly on-time and took his time showing my wife and me through the workings of the boat and making us feel confident. I just want to say that the way the electrical system was put together by the WaveRide Motors staff is simple and robust and looks like a work of art. I am writing on our second day of ownership and I feel like the smartest guy in the world for making the decision to buy a boat from these guys. From sales, to the technical side, to the accounting an billing to the delivery and training WaveRide Motors has given us world class customer service. I love my new Bennington and I love WaveRide Motors.

We had the best possible experience, from first introductions through delivery. We were treated personally, as if we were the only ones in the room. The sales team were kind and professional, answering all of my questions, as a first time boat owner. The delivery process was two-fold. We first met by video-call, as John walked me through the entire boat, giving helpful tips and tricks along the way (one hour call). The next day, we received our boat and he walked us through the boat. He answered all questions with patience. This was a perfect experience from beginning to end. I would not go anywhere else for my boat needs!!!

My husband and I are very happy with all aspects of WaveRide Motors. Joe was very helpful as salesman with the purchase of our Lund boat and when we picked it up the mechanic went over everything with us and answered all our questions and showed us how to put on all the covers and bimini top. The parts department helped with an extra seat and pedistal and some really nice rod holders. This boat is everything we had hoped for and more. My family bought a used boat in July from WaveRide Motors. The sale process was no hastle, the business office was smooth and no hastles, and the service department took the time to teach me about the boat and it’s operation. Unfortunately, we ran into an issue late in the year and needed the service department again. Although the process is not yet complete, I am not too stressed by taking a new to me boat in for an issue. The people there are so genuine and friendly that I have no doubt I’ll have a positive outcome. They have earned my trust.

I recently purchased a new Lund boat from WaveRide Motors the service I received there was extraordinary. I had just purchased new trolling motor and electronics for my old boat they switch them over and rigged my new lawn perfectly Pablo was the person that did it and did a an amazing job. They covered everything on the new boat with me and made sure I left knowing exactly how to operate everything. And Joe Fox the salesman also has taken very good care of me I doubt if I'll buy any more boats but if I do it'll be from WaveRide Motors

Bought a boat a year and a half ago from them. The sales and customer service is excellent. When you buy a used boat you have a 30 day warranty from the time you put it in the water not the day you buy it, which was good for us considering we got it Feb and didnt put it in the water until the end of April. Bonus you get a discount in the shop I think it was for a year. Love this place will continue to do spend my money here.

I am throughly impressed with WaveRide Motors. My wife and I drove 3 1/2 hrs to look at a boat when we got there the salesman (John) whom I have been talking with showed us the boat and we decided to by it but we needed a depth sounder on it that it would cost about 300.00 we said fine. He walked away and when we were doing the paperwork he said they will add it at no cost. WOW. There were some tjing that needed to be fixed and he stated that will go through the whole boat and trailer. Bottom line they did everything that they said they would and more. They are the nicest people and John the sales guy was fantastic. I would tell anyone that's wants to buy a boat to go go see them and ask for John. The boat runs great. We bought a Bennington pontoon from Greg. Very nice experience. No pressure. Treated us well on our trade-in. Excellent delivery and set-up visit. We love the boat! We can't believe the difference in performance of a three tube pontoon over a two tube. Stable, turns on a dime, and, with its level acceleration, planing out is a thing of the past.

The guys in the parts department are great, but boy their prices sure have went up on winterizing and shrink wrapping since they were bought out by this new place.

We have been a customer of WaveRide Motors for 15 years. We bought our first smaller fishing design Bennington pontoon boat from them which was a good experience. Years later we fairly traded our first pontoon back to them and purchased a larger Bennington from them for our retirement years. We have been impressed with their sales, service and also the courtesy of their staff. We have lived on Sweetwater Lake for 30 years and have dealt with other marina’s and boat service people over the years. Without question WaveRide Motors has been the best. We now use their services to pull our boat out in the fall, winterize, store it and deliver it in the Spring. Scheduling is easy and they always arrive on time and are very helpful. Our boat is well maintained and there isn’t a better feeling when putting the boat in the water in the Spring, it immediately starts and our lake adventures for the year begin with a smile.

We shopped around alot before buying our pontoon at WaveRide Motors. We were treated with respect by a very friendly staff. We are convinced that Bennington makes the best pontoon with a great warranty.
